Swiping between different wallpapers using Dynamic wallpaper

I notice something that someone probably already knows. You can see what it is by swiping from anywhere on right edge of the screen. 

This is only works when you have Dynamic wallpaper on your lockscreen.

No, I actually meant ambient.  I have some version of Dynamic Wallpaper available, but with a limited number of wallpapers and no option to obtain more/different ones. I used to have Ambient on my Asus, and it was the biggest thing I missed when I switched to Samsung.  I loved the weather effects.
