Split Bluetooth for phone and music

I would like to split the bluetooth on my S25 Ultra so that music is directed to Android Auto and phone (and map directions) activities are directed to a helmet headset. I only want this for when I am on my motorcycle and not in my car. Is that possible and if so how?

Pair both devices into your phone and use them accordingly when you turn Bluetooth on. Using the car, then let it pair with your car (it should be paired that way in the first place). If on your motorcycle, toggle on Bluetooth with your headphones on and  and then when the Bluetooth devices pop up, choose the headphones from the list.
