When displaying the attached image (Figure 2) on the S25 Ultra and older Samsung models (such as the S10, S20 Ultra, S21 Ultra, and S22 Ultra), there are significant color discrepancies in the green, yellow, and red areas (as marked in circles). Among these devices, the S25 Ultra shows the worst color rendering by far.

Older models display much more vivid and accurate colors, which also match how the image appears on a computer screen. This clearly indicates that the S25 Ultra suffers from serious color distortion.

This is not an isolated issue with just my unit—all S25 Ultra devices exhibit the same problem.

Regardless of how advanced the panel technology or specifications may be, the most important factor of a display is always color accuracy. I honestly don’t understand how such a high-end device ended up with a screen that delivers such inaccurate colors.

This level of quality is unacceptable on a flagship product.

Please take this issue seriously and address it in a future software or calibration update.

If there's severe color distortion, I must be blind. To be severe it would have to be instantly and unmistakably noticible without you having to circle the areas.

Have you adjusted your display settings? Settings/display/screen mode. Select either natural or vivid and then adjust the color temperature with the slider to get more realistic and consistent colors. The colors you see are dependent on your display settings. If you never adjusted them on any of your devices, that's why you would see color discrepancies.

Wow, I was expecting to see like a near opposite color of what the color should be. I detect lighter and darker greens but that appears to be a lighting issue. Also, you used an image screenshot form a video app playing that snooker match from Huya/Sports. What about replicating the issue by taking actual photos?

Sending a screenshot does not show anything, as the problem you are exhibiting is a hardware issue, not software. I suggest you attach a real photo or contact Samsung support.

I'm noticing a difference-- my screen as a whole on my S21 ultra is just more vivid, brighter, richer tones. My s25 ultra seems duller. I'm so sad because the s21 did so good at capturing my babies' eyes and their brightness.

Have you gone to settings/display/screen mode and switched it to "vivid" and, if necessary, adjust the white balance and color saturation in the advanced settings? Incidentally, the display settings do not affect the way the camera operates, only the way you view the images on your phone.  Making prints would reveal the true colors of the images.

I did. I think they likely used different screen types between the two. Not unhappy with the s25 necessarily but just love my screen on s21
