Serious malfunction!!! Urgent Fix Needed

Dear s25 ultra makers,

I received my S25 Ultra on February 5th and transferred all my data from my old Samsung S21. However, I've encountered several major issues:

  1. Charging Problem: I am disappointed with the slow charging speed. Even with the official Samsung Super Fast Charger, it takes much longer to fully charge compared to an iPhone 16 Pro Max, which charges in just 30 minutes. Additionally, the battery drains within half a day, whereas my iPhone does not have the same issue.

  2. App Connectivity Issue: Some of my apps were previously installed on my iPhone in "Wi-Fi Only" mode. On my S21, these same apps worked with both Wi-Fi and mobile data. After transferring my data to the S25 Ultra, certain apps no longer function with mobile data. I have tried every possible fix, including seeking help from technicians, but nothing has worked.

  3. Reinstallation Issues: I manually reinstalled all my apps, but some system apps cannot be uninstalled. As a result, certain apps, like YouTube, remain restricted to Wi-Fi only. This is a major problem as I am an active YouTube user, and I have lost valuable time and work due to this issue.

The final solution suggested by the tech team was a factory reset. However, this would require an entire day to reinstall all my apps, reset my passwords, and authorize everything again. This is completely unacceptable.

Who is responsible for the time and effort wasted due to these issues? I expect a proper solution that does not require resetting my entire device. Please advise on the next steps to resolve these problems as soon as possible.

i bought a brand new samsung s25 ultra and in 5 days had to return it as the phone charging took for ever. i have ordered a new replacement phone which i hope doesnt have same problem.

it would take 1 hour to charge from 70% to 100% 

i tried using all cables, usb, power charger, fast charging everything possible including the cable they sent with phone. my 5 year old note10 was charging much faster !!

there seems to be some serious issue with samsung s25 Ultra charging speed. however i can say that the battery lasts long. there is no problem with battery draining.
