Screen Glitch drops frames

When viewing video playback on screen. It seems like the phone starts dropping frames at repeatable rates. It becomes noticeable in stock apps. I had to restart the phone to get it to stop. Also note the phone feels hot on the back panel.

Well I ran the diagnostic test everything passed. Yet this test doesn't test the video capacities or GPU.

Check the video settings for playback if it remains same do the submit feedback

The screen resolution doesn't make a difference when it acted up. I restarted the phone and the bug is gone.

Yes but you mentioned frame rate and feeling hot which maybe the battery
