My screen flickers when switching between apps. I've done a factory reset. All my apps and software are updated. I've tweaked with the display settings. Developer options. I've did everything that Google suggested.

I've ran diagnostics. My hardware is fine. My phone is new. Bought it in June of this year. Can anyone help me figure out why my new phone is having issues ?

I would try in safe mode if it still does it you would need to have your device evaluated at a service center to see whats causing the issue.

I did that. It didn't flicker. Although I should've tested a little bit longer. My guess is it's an app

Ok if the flickering stopped when in safe mode then its a 3rd party apps that you downloaded you would need to figure out which one is causing it. I would preform a factory reset and then install your apps 1 by 1 testing to see when the flickering starts

I've already reset it once. Might have to do it again 😅

Yeah but you reinstalled everything after the reset.  So right you would need to delete your apps one by one to see what's causing it or Factory reset again and install one by one this way they won't be any junk left over from uninstalling the app that.

I completely understand it will be a pain uninstalling 1 app at a time and checking if the flickering disappears

Try a process of elimination method instead. Think about the time when the flickering started, then think of an/or app(s) that may have been installed around that time. Then think of those apps that that have camera, video or recording permissions, etc and go from there.

Or open Google Play Store, click on your profile avatar, manage apps & device then the "Manage" tab. Then sort the apps by recently updated by clicking on the three horizontal bars (filter) and choose recently updated. Then scroll down to try to recollect when the flickering started to when that app was installed.
