Samsung s25 charging and battery drain issue

Hey is anyone having a issue with really bad battery drain on the s25 could barely get 3 hours on it and its not any app draining the battery quickly and secondly for some reason when I power off the phone and power it off it pulls 21 watts the fast charging but when turn it on it only does 8 watts this is at 4% by the way. Please help thanks

Am I the only one with this problem? Everyone is saying that One UI 8 is very good update but I regret it now... On One UI 7 my s25 had around 7h sot but now its only 5h... Am I the only one?

Galaxy phones have an adaptive battery feature that uses machine learning to optimize battery consumption based on your usage.

After a major software update, this feature resets and needs to relearn your usage patterns. You may notice diminished battery life for a week or so while this process takes place.

As for "regretting the update," updates are not optional. You can delay updating for a time, but eventually your phone will automatically update. You agree to this in the TOS when you first set up the phone.

Have you followed the best practices
after an update guide? Clearing device
cache via recovery mode in particular.

You can also download Good Guardians to re-optimize your apps via app booster (something you should definitely do after a major update). Memory Guardian may be helpful as well. Battery Guardian

Personally, my battery life took a pretty significant hit from UI6 > UI7, but has VASTLY improved since UI8, after the initial "relearning" period for the adaptive battery.

Is anybody else experiencing terrible battery drain after one ui 8 update? Mine is terrible! Any thoughts in work arounds other making this 25u a slab without function because I had to turn everything off to save battery?

Try to optimized your phone after update by using Device Care..

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap "Device Care"
3. Tap " Optimize Now"

Yes I am experiencing battery not charging and when it does I can count only to have it on stand by for 4 hours before it's drained.
