Is there a spot for a wristlet bead holder on the Samsung S25 Ultra? Most phones have one but I can't find it.

You mean for a wrist strap to attach to the phone and then go around your wrist if so I’ve never seen a phone with one of those you would have to purchase a case with one

Yea that's what I meant. My Samsung S23 Ultra had one

The case you had for your S23U might have had a spot to attach a strap but not the phone itself.  I would suggest searching Amazon here’s a example
