How can I change the color of a single icon on s25 ultra

You will have to use Theme Park to create and apply custom icon pack.

Please note that Theme Park's current application method produces a few visual inconsistencies. Dynamic icons (clock and calendar) will become static and lock screen shortcuts will be replaced with the app icon from your icon pack.

Thanks. Can this program change 1 single icon.
When I add an icon when you save it to home screen its always gray.
I just want to do this thing only.

Yes. The process is

Open theme park app
> select "icon" on the bottom tab > Create New
> press the three squares and + in the top right corner
> select the desired app
> edit icon
> effects
> icon color
> back button/gesture
> press ok
> back to main editing page
> save button, top right
> name and save
> select newly saved icon pack > apply
