Well, not sure of your devices but your first step should be to secure your google, apple, samsung and microsoft accounts with new, different and strong passwords and 2 factor authentication! Also, log all devices out of these accounts. Once you secure your accounts and they can't be accessed by someone else, you can log into your devices with the new password and authentication and it should prevent anyone else from logging on.

Also, change the PINs, delete all biometrics and re-register them on your devices in case someone with access to your devices has figured out the PINs.

Thank you. They just tried to hacked me again. I uploaded McAfee security from the McAfee app on my phone to my computer and my computer started glitching as if someone else was controlling it. I also got a security notification on my phone saying my Samsung account had suspicious activity. Also the McAfee app disappeared when I tried to find it in my apps and settings. It wasn't until I uninstalled the McAfee app off my laptop that the app reappeared and everything went back to normal

The glitches after installing McAfee may just be due to the program using a lot of resources. I personally use Norton and it doesn't slow down the PC.

If you are using a PC/laptop, you should do a full scan using Windows Defender (assuming you are using windows). You should also then scan using Malwarebytes program or/and VirusTotal browser extension.

Have you changed the Samsung password to a robust password? I personally use a password manager to create long and unique passwords for all accounts along with 2-factor authentication (using a authenticator app instead of SMS wherever possible).

Good luck.
