The phone is reducing the volume, but in the settings it is at the same level. The S25 does this every 24 hours(i got 4 of these cases), and restarting is not a solution because it will happen again. Please provide information on a permanent way to solve this problem.
Do you think it might tie into Dolby settings for smart auto/ music and video, or media volume limit in settings might be on ? Are you using headphones or phone speaker when this occurs? You may need to go into Dolby if you're using the equilizer and turn off sound normalization.
Do you have loudness normalization on in the sound quality and effects setting? Do you have a media volume limit set and turned on (settings/sounds and vibration/volume/dot menu/media volume limit)?
