S25 showing all open sessions when tilting phone

I am having a problem it's driving me crazy.. let's say I am on instagram and a slightly tilt my phone down towards the ground slightly then turn it up too look at it.. then the phone shows all the open sessions.. it's like a stock gesture to perform a action.. never set it up 3 day old phone

Turn off what? There is no setting in gestures for this action

Are you looking in the settings of the phone? Or the goodlock app settings

Does this happen on any other open app besides Instagram?

Happens on any app, browser or even samsung apps.  It did this new first day out of thr box  driving me nuts

Ok, try this, setting/display/navigation bar/more options. Scroll down and see if the "Switch apps when hints hidden" is on. If it is, turn it off then see if that was the issue.
