Thank you but even on the computer I'm not getting the cases I don't know I guess it wasn't meant for me I swear every time it's a pre-order Samsung always does it crazy I always have a problem

Boy oh boy was that stressful! Ok so I see what you meant, I had to click pre-order without added the earbuds and then it took me to the screen with the cases. The Magsafe case and the transparent one aren't available for delivery so I had to keep going back and changing my order, but I finally checked out! Thank you again!

Yes, it happenes every year. Then u get a message with Samsung apologizing, they give u a code to use for accesories.

Same here, I believe it's supposed to show your credit on the next page when selecting your accessories though. I didn't even show anything there either

Some of you know how the TRADE IN works once the new phone arrives, I have already made the purchase at the Some of you know how the TRADE IN works once the new phone arrives, is that I have already made the purchase to the S25 ultra and exchanged it for the S24 Ultra but I have never done that and I do not know how to do it once I get the new phone and if so SAMSUNG notifies you or how?
