I have an s23 ultra, I didn't change it to the s24, much less will I change it to the s25 since the phones have the same aesthetics, that is, the same style, and I'm one of those people who doesn't like to repeat styles. The only benefit imo if going from a 23 to a 25 is processor and ram if you consider 12 GB a worthy update, the processor efficiency and speed would be the bonus unless you are upgrading storage too.
The trade in for my s23+ is quite good actually. I'm considering it, but I agree there is lack of innovation in cameras and no silicone carbon batteries, or ceramic glass. So it quite disappointing, but what I'm actually paying is a good deal with trade
