S25 Ultra won't regain signal unless I toggle airplane mode on and off

S25 Ultra: when I loose cell reception, to regain I have to toggle airplane mode ON and OFF. Without toggling airplane mode, cell reception will not reconnect. Reset Mobile Network, Reset APN, Reset WiFi BT settings, IMEI refresh-Do NOT work. Any solution besides resetting decice to default?

S25U is purchased directly from ATT. Tried also to Refresh Cellular reception from myATT app.- also does not work. Only works is Toggle Airplane Mode Off and On again and then cell reception regained. I really dont want to reset device to factory.

 I have a spot in the mountains (during my drive) where I completely loose cell reception, and when I am back in the cell reception, S25U does not want to reconnect at all as if the modem in my device fell asleep under general anesthesia and will not wake up at all for hours till I toggle airplabne mde on and off.. While no cell reception, I tried all above and the only one that works to regain is": Toggling Airplane Mode off and on again. reset Mobile network will NOT wake up modem to reconnect.

There are multiple redditors with same issue on different networks. Any possibility having samsung engineer involved and see why modem does not wake up after loosing cell reception? It does not wake up at all to regain again, even for 30minutes. I tried. Only toggling off and On airplane will wake up and regain cell reception.

My son has motorola device and his will loose and regain, but S25U (Mine) is not regaining connection at all until Airplane mode is toggled.

Another option is you can back up your phone to the cloud via samsung for up to 30 days, then factory reset.
