S25 Ultra Update will not install, refers to Smart Switch

S25 Ultra won't perform first rollout update. Gets to 2 percent on update and install then tells me I need to do it via smart switch on a computer. Tried restarting and powering off.

Are you connected to a WiFi connection?  Many updates will not download over the cellular network due to cost overages to the subscribers, and require a WiFi signal.

Hold the the down volume and the power button at the same time until you get the power off/restart etc screen. Restart the device. When it goes black, then press and up volume and the power button at the same time and hold. You will get to a safe mode like screen. Then using your volume rocker, move the selection to "wipe cache partition", hit the power button, then using the volume again to choose, select yes and then power butt. Then reboot the device. See if that helps.

Cleared the cache from recovery. Still same error.

Me too. I have been having problems with device care still day one support replied ONCE telling me to clear the cache.

I have the the latest Google play version. Is that conflicting?
