I need a quality phone camera. The S21 Ultra did the trick. I have now upgraded to the S25 Ultra and the pictures are garbage comparatively. I didn't put it thru the ringer enough during the 15 day return window, so only myself to blame.
Really disappointed and might end my relationship with Samsung.

What does "pictures are garbage comparatively" mean? Could you post screenshots or descriptions? Are you looking for help or did you just come here and **bleep**?

Mostly just to **bleep**. I list products on ebay and most of the pics of the recent listings make me embarrassed. I was used to taking pics in sunlight and then making videos. Rarely any issues with blur or color. Now much more blurry and washed out colors.
Even when I have a decent to good looking Pic the video washes out the colors. So, I'll have to re-video.
It's wild.
Luckily I have some older phones I can use for pics.

Make sure video isnt set to LOG and turn off HDR. Some apps struggle to use HDR and footage that looks good in gallery will be super washed out in the unsupported app.

I love the camera on my s24U but if you just need to adjust color and saturation type settings n do crops n stuff check out SnapSeed. Free from Google, easily one of the quickest UIs to use on mobile. Can quickly adjust pics to look good.

Thanks! Hopefully that'll help. Other than cropping I don't do any post filters or color adjustments for ebay. Just want the pics to look as true as possible, which was good enough on the S21. Most feedback was the items were as pictured or a bit better in person.

I'm sure you're right about the settings. But I'm not looking to use pro-mode or get into the weeds on exposure. Just comparing to opening the camera previously and taking pics in full sunlight to doing the same thing now. Same types of general settings, with stabilization, grid lines, 1x and .6 zoom, etc. A lot more effort and more takes to now get some acceptable pics.
