When taking photos or selfies (stock camera and Expert Raw), the phone processes imagecpossibly using AI, resulting in unnatural-looking pictures. The output has less light, exaggerated colors, and artificial details, like my eyebrow appearing merged or overly smoothed. But with a third party camera the pictures look more realistic, like no filter at all
None of that works it makes you look like you have drawn on eyebrows and ruined my first date in years. I spent hours on chat with them their software people are **bleep** who don't know what they're doing. Took normal pictures for 2 years now all the sudden I looked distorted like I'm 30 years older and my eyebrows are drawn on and it gives me weird small eyes
@Samsung I am extremely disappointed. After your recent update, my front camera is ruined. It makes my skin look 20+ years older, changes my face shape and eyes, and produces ugly, unnatural results โ even with โbeautifyโ turned OFF.
This isnโt a settings issue โ my camera worked perfectly before. Now itโs embarrassing to use and it ruined my first date in years because every photo came out distorted and unappealing.
I spent hours on Samsung chat and was told to report it through Samsung Members, but nothing has been fixed. This is unacceptable. I deserve the camera quality I originally purchased, not a broken, artificial filter.
Samsung, please acknowledge this issue and provide a real solution or rollback. Until then, Iโll be warning others how badly youโve damaged your camera software with updates.
