SAMSUNG why please why did you guys give this awsome phone (S25-Ultra) such a not awsome Spen that does nothing at least the older models connected via Bluetooth andbboom selfie remote ect.... Please We need a update and possibly the option to replace the spen.

It is regrettable that Samsung has chosen to discontinue the S Pen Bluetooth functionality for the S25 Ultra. The removal of this appears to make no sense. As a loyal customer who has purchased every S Ultra device since the S20 Ultra specifically for the S Pen Bluetooth capabilities, this decision is concerning. Should Samsung eliminate the S Pen from future Ultra models, I may consider reverting to earlier iterations, specifically from the S20U to the S24U. We strongly advocate for the reinstatement of the Bluetooth function.

TOTALLY AGREE!!!!
This absolutely made no sense of them to do if anything they should have upgraded it to have MORE functionality not less I mean at this point it feels like they are trying to phase it out BAD DECISION on their part !!!

I am curious as to why the Bluetooth function was not removed from earlier models, rather than from the recent high-end model. If Samsung intends to continue omitting the Bluetooth function from future Ultra models, I may need to consider other brands.

I recently felt this way when one of my earbuds suddenly stopped working, and I was still in warranty, and I had insurance on them as well.And they still wanted me to go through leaps.And bounds just for the 1 earbud especially if i have never ever done a warranty exchange or repair request which is impossible because there's no repair centers in NYC you have to drive out of the city i got so mad i started looking at the Google Pixel or even the new apple iphone air 😮

There are plenty of authorized Samsung service centers in NYC. You have Samsung Experience store confused with service centers.

The closest Samsung Experience store is in Elmhurst Queens. I don't know where in NYC you live, it is the M train to Woodhaven Blvd. I have taken the train there, its about 1 hr from my apartment door to door. I made a day out of it and hit a couple of stores at the mall.

I'm in the bronx i never had a need to take the M train i never been on that train LOL 😮 its super far and super unnecessary for what my issue at the time was but thank you tho i appreciate it.

That would be pretty far, you would have to take B or D to 42nd and switch.

Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) features have been removed from the S Pen, starting with the S25 Ultra. They are unlikely to return in future models. See this consolidated thread for more info & discussion. This post may be moved there:
