I have a new S25 Ultra. When loading webpages, it stalls out just after initialization, then it takes forever to finish loading the page. This happens when I use Google, Chrome, Brave, or any other browser.  I had an S22 Ultra, which never had this problem. I think I made a huge mistake trading in the S22. The performance of the S25 vs the S22 is dull and unimpressive. It is sooooo much slower than the S22. The S25 is an SM-S938U Hardware version 1. Can someone help me make this hunk of junk work? Please use non-tech lingo. I am not a software/computer person, so please keep it simple.

Also, as long as I'm here, it doesn't connect to my pickup as easily as my old S22 did. The phone will say "connected for calls and audio," but the console will say "no device detected." Even though the console will show the S25 is paired and connected on the device screen, it will show "no device detected" on the media screen. It will, however, connect to the vehicle if I restart the phone, but not otherwise. OnStar had no suggestions other than to unpair the car from the phone and forget the phone from the vehicle, then re-pair the two. It did not work. The S25 still will not automatically connect to myGMC, and I have all four boxes checked under the Bluetooth "Details" next to myGMC on the phone.  So, ya. This S25 Ultra has been a headache so far, and I've only had it for a short time. I hope Samsung fixes the S25 and provides instructions on how to repair it and improve its web page loading speed. From web page initialization to actual page loading, the process sometimes takes a minute or longer. It just sits at about 25% loaded.

Hey, I know how frustrating that is — you go to a new phone expecting faster and instead it feels like you downgraded.
Here are some simple things you can try (no deep tech knowledge needed):

---

For the slow web loading

1. Restart your phone at least once a day for now. New devices sometimes get bogged down as updates and background processes finish.

2. Clear the network settings — this will reset Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth without erasing your photos or apps:

Go to Settings → General management → Reset → Reset network settings

Then reconnect to your Wi-Fi and sign in again.

3. Try Safe Mode to see if an app is slowing your internet:

Hold the power button until the power menu appears → Press and hold “Power Off” until you see “Safe Mode.”

If the internet works fine in Safe Mode, it’s probably an app causing the slowdown. Restart normally and uninstall any “suspect” apps you don’t use much.

4. Turn off “Enhanced Privacy” in Samsung Internet (or similar settings in other browsers) just to test — sometimes these slow down page loading.

For the truck not connecting automatically

1. Forget and re-pair — but do it in this order:

On your phone, forget your truck.

In your truck’s system, delete the phone from the paired list.

Restart both phone and truck.

Pair them again from the truck’s system first, not the phone.

2. Turn off battery optimization for Bluetooth:

Settings → Apps → Show system apps → Find Bluetooth → Battery → Select Unrestricted.

This keeps the Bluetooth running in the background so it auto-connects.

3. Check for software updates — both Samsung and GMC sometimes push small patches that fix Bluetooth quirks.
