What is the my calendars on my phone? Do I need both samsung account and my phone calendars accounts both on?

My Calendars is local, stored on your device. The other is synced to your Samsung account.

Just think of it like this one you can sync to the cloud. And one is just for you, local not sharing data. And just for you 👏

Whichever one you want. If you only want the data available on your phone, use My Calendars. If you want to be able to access the calendar on multiple devices that you're signed into, use Samsung account.
