Does anybody why my ringtone is so low in my hearing aids I have a cranked up all the way and I is very low I have everything turned up all the way thanks

In sound settings at top check volume level there

Its over all the way if i turn off my Bluetooth its ver loud but when its on controlling my hearing aids its very low 1761264735575.jpg

I have the same issue. I have Phonak hearing aids.

Samsung’s ringtone channel isn’t always sent at full Bluetooth volume to hearing aids.

Some hearing aids (like Signia, Phonak, or ReSound) use a “streaming profile” that limits loud sounds for hearing safety, and it can automatically lower ringtone gain.

Yes, I have Signia, and they are all passing the buck around as to whose fault it is. I guess I'm just stuck with it.

I have gotten use to it pretty much. I did have a recent phone call where I thought it was someone's else phone ringing, at least I heard it
