Hello guys I will make this easy , here is my issue
I'm a platinum member i placed an pre-order on February 3rd so because I'm a platinum member i get 3 points for $1 spent right?? And they had a deal with pre-order will give x3 rewards points + $50 credit right???? And pre-orders ended on February 6th correct? So I spend $511 in the pre-order galaxy s25 ultra (trade it program ) so should I get 1,500 rewards points just because I'm a platinum member, and with the pre-order deal have to be 4,500 rewards points that was show me in the page but SURPRISE when I paid those rewards points changed to 1,438 I was like what ?? I'm called and explained my situation i think it's not hard to understand beside my English is not that good but I spoke with an Spanish agent so I don't think that was the problem but platinum member x3 rewards points + pre-order deal x3 , pre-orders ended February 6th and I placed the order February 3rd i was 2 or 3 days before deal ended and they can say i did not get the pre-order points because i placed the order out of the pre-order time (date) anyone else have the same or any issue with rewards points?
