Just a guess on my part, which may be the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Maybe a lot of functions or apps won't be enabled until February 7th which was supposed to be the first day of release.
I noticed this too also it didn't transfer over from my S24 Ultra running the Beta I had the newest version of QuickStar that I had downloaded via APK and on the S25 Ultra I couldn't even install it with the APK however I was able to install the APK of the newest version of NavStar
Most of the Good Lock modules have not been updated for OneUI7 yet. I heard that they won't be updated until the official wide release of the new UI after the beta is complete.
