Pop up scan message after finished with a call?

For some reason, now every time I'm finished with a call, this page shows up with the option to take a scan? I've checked everything in installed apps and phone settings, but it won't go away.

@tomn93 Sorry, but you have installed a 3rd party app which is causing this pop up. You will need to remove that 3rd party app. 

As a troubleshooting step, you can boot into safe mode. If you don't see this issue while booted in safe mode, then you have confirmed that it is from a 3rd party app.

If you want to identify which app is sending that message, download Good Lock/Nice Catch and make sure to turn on detect commercials and toast history. You can also try looking in settings/notifications/advanced settings/notification history and see if there's a record of it.
