Galaxy S25I may have to return it because it's tinny and lacking fullness. My S10e sounded way better. I've always stuck with Samsung because of their hardware but this has me eyeing alternatives. I don't expect such poor quality when spending this much on a phone. I expect clear full sound for a phone (which is used for calling people, which sound quality is very important for.)
Yes, I've tried adjusting all of the sound settings. This seems to be a design flaw.

Galaxy S25Do you have Dolby Atmos on? Have you created a custom sound profile? Have you utilized the equalizer, added bass boost? There are a number of things you can try to get richer sound out of your device. However, I do believe there was something in the OneUI 7.0 update that markedly decreased the sound quality the phones' speakers. I used to be very impressed with the sound quality on my A54 right up until the OneUI7.0 update, after which I immediately noticed the change. I have seen quite a few complaints from S25 users about the tinny sound right out of the box.
