One ui 8 issue with my cars Bluetooth

After one ui 8 my car will no longer hold a connection via Bluetooth. (2010 Mazda 3) I've had this car for 15 years, never had a connection issue until now. My phone works with my work vehicle and my friends iPhone 13 has no issues with my Mazda. I can't figure out the conflict! I've tried removing the device and starting fresh, but nope. The weird part is my phone connection will connect, stay connected, but the audio toggle for music won't stay connected and takes multiple times to connect. If it does connect, after i turn off my car, it won't reconnect like before one ui 8. It always connected the 1st time and always connected if i turned my car off and on again. Sorry for the rant, but it's driving me crazy.

I'm having the same issue, car is Cayenne 92a, I have to manually go into my Bluetooth settings and turn audio on clicking the button. Very annoying those updates, always something not working. (Samsung S24 Ultra)

This is an issue with one ui8. With one ui7 I never had an issue on this phone or my s24. Someone in the comments said that they found a fix and the developer options but that did not work for me.

Did you ever get a fix for this, i also have a 2nd gen 2012 mazda 3 and struggling with the bluetooth, before the update it all ran seamlessly

Someone in the comments said they found a fix but it didn't work for me. Samsung suggested i delete the device from my car and try again, I've tried that, it doesn't work. Hopefully people keep leaving feedback here on the Samsung members app.

Okay, it works. As @LumberJackUSA wrote, after managing the developer settings and deleting the phone from my Mazda and removing the car from the phone, after three pairing attempts, it has somehow  managed to connect. Sometimes the phone connects automatically after starting the car, and sometimes I have to click the audio connection option in the advanced Bluetooth settings, but it no longer loses connection so for now it's so for now it's a pretty good solution until there's a hotfix.Thanks for the help, @LumberJackUSA

Good to hear you are back enjoying your ride again. As you may have already heard, Samsung has halted updates for other regions on the UI 8. They KNOW now, there are a lot of issues happening to users. So yes, like you and the entire world. Waiting for that HotFix to arrive as well. But for most of us, this "work around" I came up with will get us going pretty smoothly til then.

Similar issue here. Acura Integra and S25 ultra. UI 8 and android Auto wireless causes audio stuttering and random reconnections.

Seems to be related to the latest memory hog UI 8 update as I had zero issue with UI 7 for months.
