One of my apps not notifying me the assigned notification sound

I have an Ultra 25 and all of a sudden one of my apps is not notifying me the assigned sound. It went back to the default sound. I have researched to see what and how to enable the sound for each app, but am missing an option "manage categories for each app". Anyone has this same situation?

Settings > notifications > advanced settings will let you enable notification categories.
