One UI 7 is there an option to pin specific notifications

Anyone have any clue how to make step counter persistent like before? I hate that clearing notifications clears the samsung health one showing my steps as well (coming from s 20 ultra where that thing was pinned) 

Also, same thing with Spotify i had a permanent "notification" that allowed me to start playing music WITHOUT opening the app (media controls is forcing me to open app and is more steps regardless) with the s20 it was swipe down once and it was right there above device control and media output. 

Please help, or if Samsung removed these features please bring them back, it's so inconvenient having to open Samsung health to see my steps.

Hi mate,

I have faced the same issue since I started using my S25U, but after many days of exploring settings and lab features, I found the solution.

Firstly, you will need to install Good Lock on your phone, then install Notistar.

When you open Notistar, tap the three dots in the top corner, select settings, and then at the bottom you will find an option called "Set app unable to clear notifications". Enable this and select the apps whose notifications you want to pin.

Sad that I have to download an app to do what was native to the phone 5 years ago... imagine adding features instead of removing em😂😂 but thanks, I'll give it a try...
