Is your question about it not showing on your look screen or AOD? If that is your question, the Now bar will only show when activities are in use, music, maps, timers, etc. The Now brief will only be a couple of times a day.
Notification and Quick panel now have separate pages. It is now on the top left to swipe down for notifications and top right for Quick Panel you swipe back and forth between pages.
If you want them back togethe, swipe down from the top right, press the pencil, panel settings on the top left, toggle on together.
