Now Bar shows expired weather alert

Every time I open the Now Bar, it displays a weeks-old severe weather alert. I've cleared browser and app caches and restarted the phone, but the long-expired alert keeps appearing. Any other suggested ways to get rid of this?

Clear the data out as well. That will reset the browser and all of the preferences though.
