I've had my s25 ultra for 2 days now. Yesterday I noticed the Now Bar had disappeared from my lock screen. I changed wallpapers and it reappeared, then vanished again. I did factory reset today and it reappeared. I then enabled the Now Brief and it disappeared again. I got a sports notification and it appeared on the space where Now Bar resided on my lock screen. Anyone know if Now Bar is supposed to be there all the time or only when I get a notification or listen to music?
I feel like I'd be missing out on one of the nice features if Now Bar keeps vanishing!
I'm not sure if this has already been answered, but the Now bar will only show for running apps, like if you are using music or voice recording, etc. It doesn't stay on screen unless they are running
Having the same issue, Now Bar worked for 1 day, then I changed lock screen wallpaper and the default clock style. Searched and searched to no avail on getting it to work again. Submitted report to samsung last week, no response. I have Everything enabled, getting no media controls, no sports updates from my selected google sports. I know there are activities because I'm watching one of my selected teams game on TV. Lol.
You are not going to get an immediate response to an error report. It takes time for them to analyze your logs to see if it's a programming error or something else. Not to mention, you are not the only user putting in an error report for anything, so there's that. They will eventually get back to you.
So im having a similar problem. My lockscreen is not allowing me to unlock without using the side panel. I can't even see the fingerprint scanner or swipe panel
You know what? The more I look i to this , which is really annoying I can't help but feel Samsung were aware of this issue before release, I've looked on the https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-use-now-bar-and-now-brief-features-on-the-s... and if you look at the step by step pictures of how to use the Now Bar i noticed that the 'Sports From Google' option is blurred out? Why is this? Did Samsung know there were issues with this before release, I'm not happy with this, it's like buying a car with one of the doors missing š Come on Samsung us S25 purchasers need an update to date roll out to fix this!
