Notification panel is always black on S25Ultra

Notification panel is always black on S25Ultra.. hating it.. not able to change to white . Light theme is on.. no sleep mode .. no battery optimisation... Using only Default light theme ... but panel colour is not changing

What color is your wallpaper?
The notification and quick panel have what is called a glass effect. When you pull it down what ever is your wallpaper will take on the color of your wallpaper.

Pictures show the difference between using a light colored white wallpaper and a dark wallpaper. In both light and dark mode.

I placed light coloured wall paper only.. but notification panel is solid black in colour.. 

In fact I need white coloured panel background so that notifications can be read without Any stress to eyes.

Are you using a theme?
