Hello mOnteezY, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns about a notification at the bottom of your device about not being able to connect. Is this a possible Bluetooth device that you have previously connected to? If so, you can open your Bluetooth settings and you can either turn off Bluetooth or forget the specific device. If this is not a previously connected device then I would recommend trying your device in safe mode to see if a third party app is causing the issue: press and hold the Power button until the Power menu is displayed, touch and hold Power off until the Safe mode icon is displayed. Tap Safe mode to start your device in Safe mode. If you've entered Safe mode successfully, you'll see “Safe mode” displayed at the bottom of the screen.
If the notification is not shown in safe mode then there is a third party app causing the issue. You would need to uninstall any recent apps that were installed around the time the issue started.
To exit safe mode reboot your device as normal
If the issues is still present I recommend performing a factory data reset, Please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset:
Navigate to Settings. Search for and select Factory data reset. Tap Factory data reset again, and then tap Reset. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the reset. You may need to enter your Samsung account password or Lock screen password. The phone or tablet will reboot.
Do you know what that MAC address is for? Is it your router? Do you have your phone set for call and text on other devices and the other device is not available? Are you trying to cast to a device that shows in your available list but may belong to a neighbor?
