New UI update messing with apps.

After the new UI update I'm having problems with my bank app. The screen will quickly flash from bank to log into phone then main screen. Then after a bit the phone gets very hot and goes into safe mode. HELP!!!!!

It sounds like the developers of your banking app need to update their application for the new OS and UI versions.

Every developer is responsible for updating their app to make it compatible with new OS versions and devices. Or they can appropriately flag their apps to indicate incompatibility.

I didn't make the update. I am a Samsung device user, just like you.

Samsung doesnt develope or create other apps such as bank or social media etc those are from the sites

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the banking app?  Sometimes apps don't actually update over the old app, but you need to remove the old app before a new, updated app can be installed.  Nobody tells you this, but sometimes that's how it works.  It could be that your bank actually did update the app for compatibility, but you now have to download a new version.  Sometimes, just getting rid of a version that had many updates in the past and getting a fresh copy is enough to fix issues.

Well I did that but made sure I cleared the cache and data first then uninstall. Then I restarted phone and reinstalled the app and got same problem.
