New S25 Ultra unable to create a work profile using company portal

I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.

I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.

I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.

I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department ๐Ÿ˜ž Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

It is resolved. I was able to install company profile and enrolled in work profile and everything worked as usual. There was no need for workarounds. I am in US... Thanks

Only working for US users, several user WW still facing the problem, mark it as NOT solved.

I am in Nepal and its not working for me.

Samsung service support in nepal is just useless. only the solution they give is to reset the device. I have already reset my device 3 times and Work profile creation is still not working.

Samsung should cancel their authorization/partnership

Its not working for me. I am in Nepal.

Samsung service support is so disgusting that only the solution they can propose is to reset the device. I have already reset my device for 3 times and its still not working.

samsung should cancel their partnership with such irresponsible parties.

Update i just tried to create a work profile with mine again through Microsoft intune and it worked correctly
