New S25 Ultra Unable to setup work profile using company portal

I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.

I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.

I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.

I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department 😞 Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

I'm in the UK and it's working for me now. Bur I can't get fingerprint to work for work profile apps, even though 'one lock' is on under work profile security. If i turn it off and try to add fingerprint manually to work profile as a separate thing, it doesn't let me, add fingerprint screen for work profile is just grey and blank. Adding face ID works but I want fingerprint.

Anyone else had this or know how to fix it? It tried removing company portal and reinstall and lots of other stuff but nothing is working.

Fingerprint for work profile works fine on my S24 Ultra and the settings are the same as on my S25 Ultra

I had same. Toggled on and off of one lock and it started working for me.

If I remove the SIM card I can get into the phone but it tells me this phone controlled by my company and says it will wipe in 2 hours….

if I just wipe now when it reboots and tries to activate it says to contact my IT department and they tell me everything is fine on their end…
