New S25 Ultra Unable to setup work profile using company portal

I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.

I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.

I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.

I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department šŸ˜ž Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Spent the day on a tech team meeting with our networks administrator and same.  I sent them the intune logs.  Long story short, the device appears to refuse to set up the work profile.  Net result, im with you guys.  I still have my s23 ultra but due to trade in samsung want that with them.  Unfortunately this means that I can't byod with this s25ultra.  All but 2 of the business are on apple... they are having a good laugh at samsung right now.

Update.  Corporate updated to version 15 of Intelligent HUB and work profile installed.

I found a workaround! I was able to create a work profile on my 25U!.... I downloaded the Samsung Email app try to setup via the option of doing a Microsoft 365 account; it triggered (after putting in my username and password) that you "need to install Intune." I went through the process with Intune, and BOOM, it created a work profile; once it was done, I went to the Play app on my work profile, downloaded Outlook, and logged in to my company email; it's working now!


I hope this helped everyone.

Download Samsung Email app >> Select Office 365 ... Put username & Pass from work.

Download Intune as prompted >>Username & Pass >> Creates work profile successfully.

Install from Work profile G Play store >> Outlook app>> Add your work email account.

It is resolved. I was able to install company profile and enrolled in work profile and everything worked as usual. There was no need for workarounds. I am in US... Thanks

Update i just tried to create a work profile with mine again through Microsoft intune and it worked correctly
