I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department š Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25Everyone, after two days of trying, my unlocked S25 Ultra successfully completed the onboarding process for the InTune Company Portal. No changes were made by IT. This I know because it is my department, give it a try now...

Galaxy S25I was finally able to configure InTune Company Portal on my S25 Ultra today. Not sure exactly what was updated but it worked. Please try again now and let us know if it worked for you was well.

Galaxy S25Here is an unusual work around. Have your IT Administrator adjust settings so that you can log in to Office.com from your S25 web browser (Chrome or Edge) without triggering the need to go through Company Portal and Intune. This is possible working with your IT Admin. Using Duo for MFA is fine. Once logged into the work account of Office.com, open Outlook and go through the setup. Outlook will open in the web browser. It will ask to create a shortcut for the home page. Do that. Once Outlook is open on the browser, go back to the browser tab with the work account of Office.com open and try to open Teams. It will then require going through the Company Portal and Intune process. However, when reaching the "Begin" stage, tap "Begin". This time it will work and the Work Profile will be set up on your phone. Until trying this, a Work profile could not be set up after tapping "Begin".

Galaxy S25If so, try removing it. Then reboot and try the install again.
If that works, you can add the second account back
