Galaxy S25I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department š Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25I don't think esim is causing the issue, I have the ultra and using a physical SIM.
With my past two Samsung phones Fold 4 and S25 ultra, I had multiple Google accounts, Secure folder with Samsung and Google account for the secure folder setup and I was able to setup the work profile using the intune portal app with no issues.

Galaxy S25I had previously reported a problem on this thread about being unable to log into Outlook on this phone. Tonight, I resolved the issue by installing a Microsoft Passkey on the phone. Outlook is now working. Might this work for others?

Galaxy S25If so, please let us know.
By now I'm beginning to think that this group has tried every single combination of factors to the point that there is nothing left to check. The solution may be out of our hands.
