I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.
I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.
I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.
I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department 😞 Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Galaxy S25Same here. Got my new S25 ultra. It does ask for MFA code and past that point, it says work profile cannot be added. Frustrating!!

Galaxy S25You could check with your admin. They should be able to tell you more from their side.
I once had to request them (MS) to add the new device.

Galaxy S25Is there no possibility of actually checking with your IT team? This is technically their account, and may not be setup to accept the S25 Ultra yet. It could not hurt to simply ASK THEM, could it?

Galaxy S25I did not say your IT department was faulty, and the argument you use to discredit my suggestion actually proves a part of it, you know the "... and may not be setup to accept the S25 Ultra yet." Maybe they have another user that had this problem. Someone in your company had to setup Intune to begin with, so I fail to see how it is NOT possible to reach out to them, especially if this is a legitimate business need.
