New S25 Ultra Unable to setup work profile using company portal

I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.

I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.

I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.

I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department šŸ˜ž Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Exact same issue. This is ridiculous.  No reason for me to keep this phone if this isn't fixed ASAP.  I'll be returning it soon if it's not fixed.

I am having the same issue. Worked with my company's I.T dept and no luck. Called Customer Service and was told that Samsung and Microsoft are working the issue. Hopefully it can be resolved soon!!!

Add me to the list of people having issues. The company I work is using Intelligent Hub though. Our IT department recommended resetting and skipping smart switch, but that did not resolve it.

Same issue. Tried a few things but same errors. Storms, why can't Samsung just not fail.
