New S25 Ultra Unable to setup work profile using company portal

I installed company portal on my new S25 Ultra and signed using my work credentials and then I press Begin to create a Work Profile. It does something for 3-5 seconds and gives me an error "Can't add Work Profile'.

I checked with my company's IT Admin and there are no policy restrictions and they asked me to try on other devices.

I tried it then on my Note 20 Ultra and S24 Ultra and it worked fine. Seems like there is an issue with S25 software compatibility or something.

I called Samsung Care and they blindly shirked off their hands and told me to contact my IT Department šŸ˜ž Pretty useless. If there is no solution I might have to return the phone since I can't have a phone without my work email and apps.

Same issue here. I run IT at my company and three others with new S25 Ultra were able to setup their phones with Intune, but no luck for me. We opened a support ticket with Microsoft, got an engineer on the phone and sent logs from failed intune install attempt over. Couple hours later MS respond and said logs point to it being a Samsung isssue.... This does not feel like something about to get resolved.....

I was too. But definitely have some coworkers that are using their new S25U with intune installed and the work apps. This is why I think a fix may not be "right around the corner".

I have unlocked phone. Maybe the ones that worked are carrier locked. It shouldn't matter but getting superstitions now after too many failed attempts with company portal...

Similar problem here, though I was able to connect through my Company Portal (I am a solo so the Company Administrator). My problem is that the Outlook app will not work. I have no problem connecting to my O365 mail through the Samsung mail app, but Outlook always throws up an error no matter how many times I wipe the app or reinstall it or list it as a Device Administrator. In Settings<Accounts my Exchange account shows connected and syncing. No such Outlook problems with my S24U, both unlocked and purchased through Samsung.  This is a significant problem for me.

Update 2/1/2025 4:00 ET  I spent a couple of hours this afternoon  texting Samsung support over my Outlook issue, including allowing them remote access to my device, only to have them conclude that I need to speak to the Samsung device apps department during weekday business hours. They wanted to lay this off on Microsoft until I reminded them that the app came preinstalled.  I have no problem now logging in to the Company Portal and the Microsoft 365 Administrator apps, but not Outlook.

I use gsuite for the work profile and cannot add my work profile either. I am the owner and there is no IT department...bummer

Same here. Company portal cannot load work profile onto device. It department concurs this is likely a samsung issue, not the org or Microsoft.

I'm having the same problem , I was trying to get access on outlook but for some reason take me back to work profile

Same issue. Went back to my S23 ultra that I had wiped and it installed no issue.
Can't return s23 for credit until samsung fixes this issue
