Navstar: unable to save new button

I've got Navstar activated, I'm using UI7.0. I'm trying to add a new button, but when I hit 'Save', it pops up with the question "Do you want to discard the new icon? Where's the Save button?"

@hmcfly Hmm, I'm not getting that error. After I hit Save it just updates the toolbar. 

Have you tried wiping the device cache partition?

  cache partition  and then uninstall navstar  and reinstalled  it and I get the same thing it asked me if I want to discard the changes

Okay I got it figured out finally it was a real pain I got it to save it everything thanks for the help everyone
