Navigation bar stuck on bottom of screen

Hello all. Since I updated to the Ui 8/Android 16, the navigation button won't go away on the bottom of my screen. Is there a way to change it to where it disappears when I'm not scrolling? Thank you for any help given.

Yes. It used to disappear, but now it stays on my screen constantly until I shut the screen off.

Its a bug that has to be fixed, Samsung is aware of the problem. Until it is fixed, I suggest using geastures.

You can download NavStar and turn on show/hide navigation bar.  It will put a little dot on the left side of the navigation bar. You can double tap that dot to hide or lock the navigation bar in place.  When hidden is selected, the bar will hide as it normally does, and you can access it by swiping up on the bottom of your screen.
