Galaxy S25If you believe you were hacked, reset your phone and set it up from scratch. Reset your router and change the administrative login, network ID and password. Go to so uncompromised device and change all your account passwords and get a new SIM from your carrier.

Galaxy S25Open your settings/connections/Wi-Fi and the click the three vertical dots at the top right. Then click on advanced settings, then Wi-Fi on/off history and see wat apps are doing that. If you have any apps you actually use that are legit you installed for for use, remove them. If something is off, downlaod anti-virus/anti-malware programs and run them to find the possible offender and use that for reference. I would do what @realaud suggested. I would also add that you change your passwords on any website you use for banking/finances/government as well, using a PC.

Galaxy S25Hello broski2, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with Multi Control toggling on when connected to Wi-Fi.
For Multi Control to work, the setting has to be toggled on both your phone and the device, and Bluetooth has to be turned on. They also have to contain the same Samsung account and be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. You can read more about the feature here: https://www.samsung.com/africa_en/support/mobile-devices/navigate-your-galaxy-phone-and-galaxy-table...
If you believe you've been hacked you can follow the steps here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01209886/
You also need to change the passwords on an unaffected device for all accounts.
If these steps are not helpful, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated by an authorized service location. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location
For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
