Move the Music Player to the notification shade

Is there a way to get the music player to show up on the swipe down panel? On the older phone you could swipe down once and instantly see your music player. Now you have to keep swiping to get to a different menu. 

Is there a way to move it onto the first swipe panel so it can be seen with notifications?

No, not on One Ui 7. It resides in the quick panel and now bar. Maybe when Qick Star gets updated for Ui7.

Quickstar is already working and there no option for this or anything like it.

This is a huge issue for me and this phone and I'm considering sending it back and staying with my s23 because of it.

This is quite a frustrating change for the existing users and an abrupt change in UX.  If you are playing media, you basically need to do 2 swipes down to get into the media management, and then 3 swipes up to get back to you where you were. This is a dealbreaker if you're a heavy media user.

It's extremely unacceptable to change IX behaviour like this. We need the option to go back to the media being visible in notifications asap!
