Move app search bar back to the top

hello all - is there a way to move search bar in ui7 back to top as opposed to bottom when you swipe up? used to be able to swipe down for search bar

its rather obnoxious.

Sorry but at the moment they are no way to move the search bar back to the top of the app drawer
