Missing charging animation

I just got my new s25ultra and my charging animation on the bottom of the phone was working. But I was having another problem so I did a factory reset and not it doesn't show up I have it working on top any ideas I have everything turned on that I have read about it frustrating thanks all

@hmcfly To turn this on, visit Device care -> Battery -> Charger settings and enable "Show charging information"

What does "...I have it working on top..." mean?

I tyt show's the info on the top rightbif the home screen but its not showing it on the bottom of the home like it did when I first got it

Well, it's showing the animation on the top right hand side but it's not showing in the now bar, actually. The now bar insists even show up, I did a factory reset and it still doesn't help. I have the now bar turned on, I don't know what to do. 😕 #TechTroubleshooting #NowBarMalfunction #HelpNeeded

I think I have the same problem, at least I am talking about charging animation while  screen is off. When I am plugging in the cable or wireless charger the screen remains black, with no charging animation whatsoever.

Currently it seems to be the AOD display fault, even when I set it to "Always" show, sometimes it just doesn't turn on the AOD and while testing, it even managed to turn OFF the AOD while it was ON, doing the opposite thing it was supposed to do.
