Mic 1 on my s25 Ultra has not worked on any 1st party or 3rd party app in over a month. I have reported the bug to Samsung and nothing. Its absolutely frustrating since its software related and not hardware. Mic 2 works on camera. Did all the options Samsung recommended, and still nothing. Even when using my buds 3 pro or bluetooth mic it doesnt pick up sound. But, when on Google chrome, I can use a mic tester and it works fine. All apps dont record sound and talk to speech doesnt work either. I know a lot of others are having this issue, if anyone found a solution please let us know. This is pathetic.

I have s25 ultra after a week suddenly i have a proplem sending voice notes in any application whatsapp messenger even voice order to bixby or gemini and i made everything to fix it even factory reset it seems to be mic 1 problem and don't know how to fix it

Have you used voice recorder and listen to yourself to determine the sounds quality?

All mics were working well the proplem is in mic 1 but it's software problem cause the problem was in the voice recorded in camera but it resolved after that i don't know how ti fix this

@Ahmedshatat01 Have you ran the diagnostics in the Samsung Members app -> Support?

Yes, and obviously its gonna give me that something goes wrong because upon asking me for mic 1, you'd click no and it tells you that something is wrong, you click yes and it tells you that everythings normal.

We can't really use Device Care to determine whether if the microphone is fine or not.

To top it all off: I've used the diganostic program that you access using *#0*# and still nothing.

The problem is that I can't determine a root cause.

@Ahmedshatat01 The diagnostic test is a confirmation of a hardware problem if you didn't get a recording when using Mic 1. 

You will need to contact Samsung support to have the device evaluated.

@Ahmedshatat01 How did you fix this? I'm having the same problem. I can't send any voice messages in WhatsApp or use any voice-related applications. I tried voice recording, and it still gives a flat line. One thing I noticed was that if I switch to speaker mode while on calls, the mic works; otherwise, it doesn't. I tried troubleshooting, and it says something is wrong.

Have the same issue. Only with apps. On Google I did a mic test and the mic works fine. Moment I open an app, it doesnt work. Samsung says they cant find anything wrong but its absolutely ridiculous.
